In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days shall be referred to and finally resolved by Mediation at the Lagos Multi-Door Court House (LMDC). The language of arbitration shall be English.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Techlex reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Site following changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
